Civil Collection operates on a made-to-order basis. Each piece is crafted especially for you once your order is placed. Please give approximately 2 weeks for production. After completion, delivery will take an additional 5–7 business days.

For UK standard delivery, please allow 2–3 working days once your order has been dispatched. A shipping confirmation email, including your tracking details, will be sent as soon as your item is on its way.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Please note that custom-made pieces, including items tailored to your specific measurements, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
